What Beaufort does
Three disciplines, one regulated perimeter. Beaufort manages capital, advises on wealth, and structures asset-backed instruments for the clients of IFB International Finance Bank.
Asset Management
Discretionary and advisory portfolios across listed equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative assets, for institutions and private clients. A mandate begins with a stated risk profile and is reviewed against it. Where a client requires it, Beaufort implements a dedicated engagement and voting policy rather than fitting the client to an off-the-shelf product.
Wealth Management
Financial planning, discretionary portfolios, and family-office services for individuals and families. The work covers succession, governance, and the preservation of capital across generations - structured around the client's full financial picture rather than a single product sale.
Securitisation
The group's core structuring discipline. Beaufort builds special-purpose vehicles and asset-backed instruments that convert claims and receivables into financeable form, including resource-backed structures for sovereign and corporate counterparties. Securitisation isolates the credit risk of the originator and opens funding that the underlying assets alone could not reach.
How to engage
Mandates are taken on by enquiry. A first conversation establishes objectives, constraints, and whether Beaufort is the right fit before any structure is proposed.
